Sound Designer - Tieran Kelly. Company - randomaccomplice.Company Website. Cast - here . Seen to review at The Arches Live Season Autumn 2005 on 22 September 2005. Reviewer - Thelma Good. Distinctive energy. The Crow sisters are gathered together 'cause their Mum has died. At first they speak singely as people do at funerals, telling you about themselves and the deceased. A refrain emerges "we haven't done anything wrong" or as a reproof to one or other sister "don't pretend you're alright with this". They speak standing on the plan of their childhood home, their mother's house with they tell us its shag pile carpet - she died at home.. But this is no ordinary tale these three have a shared history and together they seem to share a disturbing talent. Louise, the engaging Toni Frutin, who's had three husbands die on her, Katherine, Angela Darcy, the only one who works and Anna, Julie Brown the only one to get away. As each of them speaks more of the sometimes strange episodes of the past are filled in. It's a witty look at the strength of sisterhood and of trios laced with more than a bit of magic. Randomaccomplice can produce a distinctive energy in their productions and this one cranks it up getting closer to the performing zest of their first piece Nothing To Fear Anymore. © Thelma Good 22 September 2005 - Published on EdinburghGuide.com Review of another Randomaccomplice Intermission.
