Welcome to my film festival blog. My name's Dylan Matthew and I'll be providing daily coverage of the film festival which begins Wednesday 18th June. However tonight it appears the weather has held out so far for the unofficial 'soft launch' of 'Festival under the stars' , an outdoor open air event next to the Royal Scottish Academy on The Mound by the middle of Princes Street.
