‘The Scottish World' by broadcaster Billy Kay, Homecoming Midlothian
As their contribution to the Year of the Homecoming, the Rotary Clubs of Midlothian invite you to a talk by writer and broadcaster Billy Kay highlighting the influence the Scots have had on communities and cultures on almost every continent.
For ‘The Scottish World', the subject of his recently-published book, Billy will reflect on respect for the integrity and intellect, poetry and passion of the Scottish people voiced in every country he has visited.
Join with the Rotary Clubs of Dalkeith, Esk Valley, Loanhead and Roslin, and Penicuik in a celebration of the enormous contribution the Scots have made to the modern world.
