Castle Terrace parking lot is usually half empty during the farmer's market. They should expand the market onto the car park thereby creating a bigger attraction, instead of trying to fill it up. Edinburgh has excellent public transport facilities, even with the tram works delays.
After all, aren't we trying to encourage people to use their car less?
