Description

This lecture provides an outline of some of the key figures from the Highlands artistic movement. Lesley Lindsay will talk about less well known artists from James Alves who left Inverness in the mid eighteenth century to Finlay Mackinnon, crofter from Poolewe, who was to become known as the ‘archetypal Scotsman in London’.
