Lammermuir Festival

14 Sep 2012 - 8:00pm - 23 Sep 2012 - 9:30pm Since the inaugural Lammermuir Festival in 2010, this annual festival of the arts brings together a fortnight of concerts, performed in the picturesque East Lothian region, outside of Edinburgh.
Artists, conductors and orchestras performing include the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Dunedin Consort and a showcase of young talent, including the Navarra Quartet and the National Youth Choir of Scotland.
The programmes vary from traditional folk music to renaissance choral music, from string quartets to full symphonic works.
The Lammermuir Festival also includes talks, guided tours, and walks in East Lothian gardens.
