The Exhibition Festival Exhibition

The Place Gold Gallery, 77 Dundas Street

The Blurb A pleasant, light gallery/shop with a cross section of paintings, woodcarvings, ceramics and jewellery, at reasonable prices. Contemporary stylised paintings of apples and pears hang beside more traditional paintings of Scottish scenes. For those who like the latter, check out Marie Hart's "Tobermory, Isle of Mull", with its effective depiction of Highland light. Also, have a look at the large bulbous "Rowan vase" in which the natural grain, and flaws in the wood have been very cleverly used.

The Time Monday to Friday 10a.m.-6p.m. Saturday 10-5.
