Leo Tardin brings his jazz-orientated fusion of phuture funk and spoken word to Edinburgh's Voodoo Rooms in an exclusive Scottish date on a short European tour. Fresh from a stint opening for funk legend Maceo Parker in the US, the winner of the first Montreux Jazz International Piano competition will perform with Mike Ladd and Swiss drummer Dominik Burkhalter to present his brand new Grand Pianoramax album - The Biggest PIano in Town. Pianoramax is a live keyboards-drums duo with guest MCs and vocalists. The result of is a blend of Minimoog-synth bass lines and acoustic piano with organic drumming and freestyle spoken word improvisation.
