Juiced Up in the Newsroom
Juiced Up in the Newsroom
Edinburgh based fresh fruit juice and smoothie company Juiced Up have launched a new outlet in the newsroom bar, Edinburgh. The partnership is the first of its kind for the company and hopes to encourage the intake of more fresh fruit juice across the Capital.
It has been proven that the intake of fresh fruit juice on a regular basis provides the body with the right vitamins and nutrients to allow the body and mind to function at its best. Served at the newsroom all day, Juiced Up fruit drinks and smoothies offer a fun alternative during the day, a welcome refreshment at night, and a perfect hangover cure the morning after!
The menu at the newsroom, an abbreviated version of the full menu at each of the city outlets, offers a selection of freshly prepared refreshments including the exotic sounding Island Breeze, the Berry Bug Blaster and the aptly named Hangover No More.

Additional Information
Juiced Up was launched two years ago by Edinburgh entrepreneur Jonathan Oag following his time spent travelling the world on luxury cruise liner the Queen Mary II. The entrepreneurial businessman was so impressed by the healthy juice bars of foreign lands, and their obvious popularity, he decided to import the idea to his native Scotland and so, in 2006, Juiced Up was born.

It has been proven that fresh fruit can help combat the effects of a night on the tiles. The natural sugars in the fruit helps the body to process and burn through alcohol quicker, whilst replacing the essential vitamins and minerals which are removed when consuming alcohol in large quantities.
