Following an extremely successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year, Pappy's Fun Club would like to give something back. They are performing their critically acclaimed show on Sunday 30th August in Pleasance Two for a select number of charities. All tickets are £10.00 and proceeds will go to: Waverley Care, The British Heart Foundation, Central Youth Theatre and Penn Hall School Wolverhampton.
Pappy's Fun Club will attempt to break a world record that may not even exist. Their mission: to perform 200 sketches in just ONE HOUR. The result: an hour of comic mayhem that will astound and delight.
With the clock ticking away and the odds stacked against them, a place in the record books is far from guaranteed. Will Pappy's Fun Club succeed in their World Record Attempt? They can't make any promises. However, they can promise a host of outrageous new characters, ridiculous sing-songs and more high-energy, uplifting post-sketch comedy than any show has ever delivered before.

Since receiving a nomination for the if.Comedy Award (formerly the Perrier) at the Edinburgh Festival in 2007, Pappy's Fun Club have recorded their own TV show for Channel 4, their own radio show for Radio 4, and appeared as part of Comedy Shuffle on BBC3, Comedy Cuts on ITV2 and live at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Their third Edinburgh show, Funergy, attracted further critical praise and was followed by a tour of Britain and Ireland.
Pappy's Fun Club is a comedy team made up of Ben Clark, Brendan Dodds, Matthew Crosby and Tom Parry.
