Kids Shows at The Playhouse this Summer

The Edinburgh Playhouse has a variety of kid's shows over the next few months. Here's their description of the shows...

Thomas and Friends Live

Fri 9th - Sun 11th May (9th @ 2pm; 10th @ 11am, 2pm, 5pm; 11th @ 11am & 2pm)
£16 - £19.50 (concessions available).

Thomas and Friends Live will be first to roll into town with a brand new 90-minute musical stage show featuring Thomas and his engine friends Percy and Diesel, The Fat Controller along with residents and engineers from the magical Island of Sodor. The show includes new railway-themed songs as well as classics such as ‘Roll Call' and ‘Good Morning'. This is a must for all Thomas fans!

Playhouse Disney Live!

Tues 3rd & Wed 4th Jun (3rd @ 4.30pm & 4th @ 1030am, 130pm, 430pm)
£15.50 - £19.50 (concessions available)

For the first time ever characters from four popular Playhouse Disney TV shows appear together live on stage for an unforgettable musical celebration. Playhouse Disney Live! brings audiences into the colourful worlds of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Einsteins, My Friends Tigger & Pooh and Handy Manny. There'll be singing, dancing and interactive moments that children and parents alike will enjoy!

The Wiggles - Live Hot Potatoes

Mon 23 June 11am & 2pm
£15 (concessions available)

The Wiggles - Live Hot Potatoes visit Edinburgh for the first time with a brand new live show full of fun for all the family! Joining Anthony, Murray, Sam and Jeff will be their friends Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus, singing and dancing along to Wiggles favourites such as ‘Hot Potato' and ‘Rock A Bye Bear'.

CBeebies at the Theatre

Fri 1st & Sat 2nd August (1st @ 430pm; 2nd @ 11am & 2pm)
£12.50 & £14.50 (concessions available)

CBeebies at the Theatre is the first ever theatre adventure starring many of your favourite friends from CBeebies. Join PC Plum, Postman Pat, Jess the Cat and Tamba from Tikkabilla as we all discover the fun in recycling those everyday things that we throw away. There'll be plenty of excitement and surprises as Jakers, Bill & Ben, Boo and even the Koala Brothers get into the action.
