The MacRae tenements, built in the Thirties, at 221 - 229 Canongate, Edinburgh. The majority of the facade of the buildings are expected to be kept intact and some of the interiors, although a large breakthrough arch will be made leading into the Caltongate complex of luxury hotel, shops and residences.
