Central Hall in Tollcross is the new home to Morningside Baptist Church, which they have bought from the Methodist Church.
Morningside Baptist Church have their first services in their new home on Sunday 5 June 2011 at 9.30am, 10.30am and 6.30pm.
Most recently they have been using the former Braid Church in Nile Grove, Morningside, but this has been sold by the Church of Scotland.
Previously and for many years they were at Holy Corner, ownership of which they are retaining, but which is not large enough for their current congregation.
Other Baptist services are at Charlotte Baptist Chapel in Rose Street (Sundays at 11am and 6.30pm) and Canonmills Baptist Church (Sundays at 11am).
Meanwhile the Methodists are at Nicholson Square where their Sunday services are at 11am and 6.30pm.
