This year’s programme has an even wider range of sports and activities, designed to showcase the city’s many different sports clubs. Everyone, both residents and visitors, can easily become more physically active for a healthier lifestyle. Live demonstrations, taster sessions and competitions.Find an activity that suits you and most are FREE to try!
 
Listed below is the full festival programme on a daily basis. Events are free unless otherwise stated (at time of printing) but we strongly recommend you phone the contact details to confirm exact times, costs and venues.
