Formerly known as Est, Est, Est, launched under the new Gusto brand in November 2007 as an Italian restaurant concept "based on the glamour of 1950s New York Italian restaurants in a contemporary, stylish and intimate setting."

The revamped menu offers lobster, steak dishes and seafood alongside the staple Italian dishes; impressive pizzas, pastas, risottos and salads.
