Institut Français d’Ecosse

The French Institute, aka L’Institut Français d’Ecosse, hosts a variety of French-themed cultural events including exhibitions, lectures and talks, concerts, free French film nights, free quiz nights, and fittingly French conversation evenings (usually ajourns to a local bar such as Whigham's wine cellars off Charlotte Square).

Each August, the French Institute, is a participating venue in Edinburgh's Festivals.
