Saint Stephen's Stockbridge
No longer used for Sunday services, the towering Stockbridge Church was bought by the Benzies Foundation from the Church of Scotland on 27th June 2014, with plans to ensure long term community use and viability of the property.
During the Fringe, St Stephen's Stockbridge is home to C Venues (it's called C Scala).
The fine acoustics of this expansive building have made it a popular venue for choral concerts and music recitals. The likes of the Northern Stage (2012), the Traverse (2010), Assembly Aurora Nova (2001-2007) have performed here.
