Having remembered an enjoyable meal at Black Bo's many years ago, I ventured there again recently for dinner. I wasn't disappointed; the very tasty stuffed aubergine with accompanying salad confirmed that the restaurant remains one of the best places for satisfying, vegetarian food in Edinburgh. A cozy dining room lends to the experience, and the adjoining pub is the perfect place to retire to for further drinks and conversation.
