Description

You should not peep at Goblin men...

Every day Goblin sits on his rock in his forest. Sometimes the other goblins talk to him; most of the time they don’t.

One day is different though; one day the forest gets busy. One day strange, unexpected characters start to invade goblin’s forest; they steal his newspaper, talk to his trees, talk to him!

They tell him their stories and ask him to tell his.

Based around the events of Christina Rossetti’s Goblin Market and featuring Lewis Carroll’s Jabberwocky, Robert Burns’ Cutty Sark and Coleridge’s Ancient Mariner, see nonsense meet fantasy, fantasy clash with tragedy and tragedy get its arse kicked by nonsense.

Original writing by Laura Witz based on the events of four nineteenth century poems.

Presenting the talents of graduates and students from the Edinburgh Universities; Goblin’s story is the latest work to be produced by Charlotte Productions.
