The Printing Press closed on 19th March 2023, but is due to re-open with a new proposition and the same team.
The Printing Press opened in 2015 in a restored Georgian house at the Intercontinental Hotel Edinburgh on George Street.
Inside the stylish Twenties restaurant served traditional Scottish fare, while the Printing Press bar served a good line in fancy cocktails.
The Printing Press name was inspired by former resident of the building, 18th century author Susan Ferrier, and publishing house, Oliphant, Anderson and Ferrier.
