The Scottish Storytelling Centre is the national body for the support and development of the storytelling artform. The organisation is a partnership between the Scottish Storytelling Forum and the Church of Scotland, and is supported by the Scottish Arts Council, the City of Edinburgh Council and a wide range of charitable donations.
 
Foolish Notion is a collaboration between Andy Cannon; actor, storyteller, writer and cellist, composer and singer Wendy Weatherby. Together they present a uniquely interactive, engaging storytelling experience.
 
Donald Smith tells mainly Scots and Irish folk tales but is also interested in recovering oral stories from the literary manuscripts of a variety of cultures. He is a founding member of the Scottish Storytelling Forum and of Edinburgh's Guid Crack Club, and is currently Director of the Scottish Storytelling Centre.
 
Gavin Paulgraduated from the MMU School of Drama, and then spent two years with the West Yorkshire Playhouse. From Panto’s to horror movies, Gavin has been involved in a huge range of work all around Scotland and has just finished a successful run as Sinbad at the Brunton Theatre.
