Garden Designer Steven Hunter, talks about his Sustainble Highland Garden a showcase garden at Gardening Scotland in June (and days earlier at the Chelsea flower show).
Hunter, who hails from St Andrews, used this project as part of his HND.
Unfortunately, the wind-powered, mobile fence wasn't working at the time of filming.
Hunter also explains why Scotland's inhospitable climate shouldn't be a deterrant to growing a large proportion of our food needs.
