One of Edinburgh's main live rock venues with a capacity of up to 1500. The Corn Exchange has seen a variety of big touring bands from Air to Michael Franti, Kanye West to Radiohead. As the name suggests the Corn Exchange is a former mercantile building, with a courtyard and grassy lawn in front of it. It's located next to Slateford train station some 3.6 kilometers (2 miles) to the south west of Edinburgh city centre.
