Edinburgh International Climbing Arena

The EICA Ratho is built against a quarry rock face amongst the rolling hills of Ratho. The vision of architect David Taylor and keen climbers, Duncan McCallum and Rab Anderson, the venue was re-opened, after the original owners hit financial difficulties, by Edinburgh City Council in 2007.
