The Jazz Bar

There's a constant flow of jazz and jazz-orientated music such as acid jazz, funk-rock, and reggae, from local and touring musicians in this purpose-designed jazz venue and basement bar.

The weekly programme of music includes two gigs each night and Saturday afternoon jazz, as well as a complement of DJs and poetry thrown in.

Cover charge applies for many of the evening acts, but there's free admission for some slots and the added enticement of drinks specials and free wifi access for wired punters during off-peak hours. The bar is open 7 days a week until 3am.
