Celebrated conductor and broadcaster Brian Kay directs the Edinburgh Royal Choral Union in the Usher Hall for its 124th annual New Year performance of Handel’s Messiah.
The audience is invited to bring along a picnic to enjoy in the extended interval.
The choir will be joined by four eminent young soloists who are currently making their names on the international concert and opera stage.
