Four leading research universities – UCL, LSE, King’s College London and Imperial College London – host an event in the Biosphere at Edinburgh's Our Dynamic Earth designed to offer information, advice and guidance to prospective postgraduate students.
The evening will kick off at 6.30pm with a presentation from the four universities, and prospective students will then have a chance to visit stands from each university.
Organisers say: "Given the competitive nature of the jobs market, there has never been a better time for students to embark on a course of study that will enable them to stand out.
The government’s Higher Ambitions document – published this week and setting out a framework for higher education for the next ten years – underlined the importance of postgraduate qualifications as the UK looks to strengthen its skill base to reinforce key areas of the economy."
