"The Ice Adventure" is a new attraction at the annual Edinburgh's Christmas festival in 2017, located at the west end of George Street.
Described as "a journey through frozen Scotland" the -10°C, walk-through features frozen ice scupltures of vikings, fairies and kelpies, Highland cows, eagles, Dolly the Sheep, Robert the Bruce, Mary Queen of Scots, Greyfriars Bobby and even the Loch Ness Monster.
The event is produced by Underbelly and Hamilton Ice, producers of the Ice Kingdom at London’s Winter Wonderland - that event’s most popular and pre-booked attraction.
The attraction will also feature an ice bar.
