Big Top, seating cabaret-style that pops up every Fringe at a central Edinburgh location. This year the Big Top is at Festival Square on Lothian Road.
Down the road at Fountainbridge Brewery, and prior to that at The Meadows, have also been locations for the Big Top.
The purpose-built tent has cabaret tables, with the show performed on a classic, proscenium arch stage. Inside is fully carpeted, with hot food and licensed bars, and "chill out" areas.
In its Festival Square location, since 2021, the Big Top has hosted Fringe crowd-pleasers The Ladyboys of Bangkok.
