Bar just off the Cowgate with a recycled and reused ethos and local, organic craft beers on tap.
The bar is made with hundreds of discarded suitcases, and pub Pilgrim features 1930’s cinema seating and sinks sourced from a 1950’s rectory - the pub's owners claim almost 98% of materials sourced in the making of Pilgrim are either salvaged, upcycled or recycled.
Pilgrim features many local craft beers and food.
