I see that Hunter boots - makers of the Sloane Ranger's famous green welly - are moving their head office to Edinburgh and their production to Serbia, China and Brazil. Apparently they only had seven people making boots at their Heathhall operation, although the BBC reports that they'll lose 22 jobs. Hunter have started a line of colourful wellies for hipper, festival crowds - a snip at £75. Green ones are £20 less.
