for the first time in over 6 months, Hobbes & D'Viking commandeer
the decks once more to demonstrate why they are one of the best DJing
partnerships in Scotland. The Rookie heads north from London once
again to provide support.
With a simply stunning collection of
guest DJs and live acts performing under the Trouble banner over the
last 6 years (see a complete list of acts staged here),
the Trouble crew will be raking through their massive collections to
represent the strength and sheer diversity of their taste, focusing on
the more club-orientated acts they've shared the stage with to work the
dancefloor into a FRENZY.
Expect to hear
broken/breakbeat-style classics from the likes of Mr. Scruff, Bugz In
The Attic, Quantic, Fat Freddy's Drop, Jazzanova, Aim, Fingathing, The Herbaliser,
Troubleman, 4hero, The Nextmen, Lady Sovereign and Pablo/Butch Cassidy
Sound System alongside the 4/4 beats and electronic grooves of artists
such as The Unabombers/Elektrons, Crazy P, Ame, Dixon, Tortured Soul,
Kirk Degiorgio/As One and Quarion, plus the best music of today and
undoubtedly the odd surprise. It's a freestyle mix, but it's all about the party and it's all got one key ingredient: SOUL.
