Inverleith Hockey Club are giving 8 – 17 years olds the opportunity to play and learn with the best at their Summer Camp, taking place between the 11- 15th August 2008, perfect for hockey lovers of all abilities, and just £6 per day. Notes to Editor:
- Inverleith Hockey Club were established in 1917 and won the Scottish Cup in 1968 and 1975.
- The club continue to supply a large number of players for Scotland’s international hockey squads at U16, U18, U21 and the Full National sides. The 2006 Commonweatlth Games Men’s hockey squad contained a number of players from Inverleith: Stephen Dick, Adam McKenzie, Derek Salmond, Allan Dick & Graham Moodie.
- Stephen Dick is currently in the GB Olympic squad for the 2008 Olympics to be held in Bejing next year.
