Steve Byrne and Mark Dunlop began their career in 1998 with the founding of the innovative band Malinky, quickly becoming one of the most sought after young folksong groups in Scotland. With Malinky, Steve and Mark have produced four excellent albums to date.

Now in a new duo, the pair are concentrating on a joint presentation of the songs of their respective home areas, Angus and Ulster, both rich in song traditions, a more personal representation of these two musicians than the bigger band setting normally allows.
