By edg, 15 July, 2009 Edinburgh Area New Town Strewn rubbish is sadly a common site in Edinburgh's historic New Town. The plastic bin bags issued by Edinburgh City Council are easily picked through by scavenging foxes and seagulls when they are put out for collection.
