The timeless tale of gambling, love and more gambling. This version of Guys
and Dolls was performed exclusively by children, and they have done a
fantastic job. There is some real talent on show here.
This particular adaptation is well done, making for a short and snappy show.
All the old favourite songs are here, and the humour of the script is enhanced
by the young age of the cast.
This is the kind of performance at which the fringe excels - bringing young
fresh talent to the attention of the public. There are some rough edges, but
this is young and capable cast - I have no doubt that we will be seeing many
of them again throughout the years.
I thoroughly recommend this show - It's only running until the 10th, so get
there if you can.
