About the venue

The Royal Bank of Scotland went from darling of the stock market to corporate basket case in a matter of years, but it still retains an attractive head office in the heart of Edinburgh's financial district in St. Andrew Square.

The Dundas Mansion, acquired by the Royal Bank of Scotland in 1825, is found at the East end of St Andrew Square, behind a gated courtyard.

On the ground floor of Dundas's palladium villa, you will find a busy, working bank with breath-taking dome in the main banking hall. Lean back and appreciate the diminishing star-shaped windows of the ceiling and other neo-classical architectural flourishes while waiting in line to get your money.

The Dundas Mansion takes part in cultural events such as Doors Open Day.
