The Vikings are coming! And they’re bringing their Scandinavian style to our next RBS Museum Late on Friday 22 February.
Our Lates theme this time ties in with Vikings!, our UK-exclusive which opens in January, so snap up one of the limited combination tickets to catch this exhibition after hours.
The live line-up in the Grand Gallery is as strong as ever with Edinburgh indie-folk band Broken Records already signed up, as well as Shetland fiddle player Chris Stout (he played on Disney Pixar’s Brave soundtrack).
While the night is definitely Norse in tone, your Lates favourites will be back, including the Silent Disco, the Fantoosh Face Art Lab and Art Wonderland. You’ll also have the chance to get a feel for object handling, workshops and performances as you explore the museum galleries at night, plus a few surprises in store.
Try the cocktail of the night at one of the pop-up bars in the Grand Gallery, or get the evening started with a Nordic-influenced dinner in the Museum’s Brasserie from 5pm. Ticket holders can book tables in advance on 0131 247 4040 or 0131 247 4084.
