There's still six months to go until the new year but organisers of Edinburgh’s Hogmanay Street Party 2010-11 are about to release a batch of Early Bird tickets.
As EdinburghGuide.com reported last month, Hogmanay Street Party tickets are rising by 50% this year to £15.00. However, the Early Bird tickets will be available at the 2009 price of £10. Organisers call this an "admin fee".
Pete Irvine, Artistic Director of Edinburgh’s Hogmanay, said: "We're delighted that for the first time we're able to make tickets available for the Street Party in the summer. Many people want to plan ahead and this early bird offer gives everyone the chance to snap up tickets for the world's best New Year celebrations now for a tenner. Edinburgh's Hogmanay remains one of the best value festival tickets around."
Festival organisers will announce full Edinburgh's Hogmanay festival programme details in October.
